If you purchase RevitalVision, you must accept the License Agreement during product installation. The Prescribed Training and the License Agreement represent all of the statements, assurances, and undertakings made to you by RevitalVision, its employees, officers, agents, and representatives. You may not rely on any other statements, representations, assurances, or undertakings except for those contained in the RevitalVision Prescribed Training and the License Agreement.


RevitalVision customers are prohibited from reselling, repackaging, giving away or otherwise redistributing RevitalVision. Only the person who purchased the product should use RevitalVision.

RevitalVision is automatically customized to each individual's visual needs before and during the program. For this purpose, each customer is provided by a unique user name and password. Customers are prohibited from sharing this user name and password with others.

Limitation of Remedies

In no event shall RevitalVision be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based upon breach of contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory. Such damages include, without limitation, loss of savings or revenue, loss of profit, loss of use, the claims of third parties, and cost of any substitute equipment or services.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold RevitalVision and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our site, your violation of the Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

The License Agreement contains a binding arbitration clause. One effect of such clause is that you waive any right to a jury trial that you might possess in connection with any grievance you might want to assert against RevitalVision, Inc.

You will be charged up to $9.99 per item for shipping and handling. Orders made before 11:30am EST will ship same day. Pre-orders will ship when stated. For orders shipping outside the US, please call RevitalVision. Orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. Orders to PO Boxes will be shipped via USPS.

Return Policy

We are confident by using RevitalVision as instructed; it will benefit you by improving your vision.

Should you decide to return the product, please follow the required procedure:

  1. Contact your Personal Vision Specialist within the 30-day return period. Inform him/her of your intention to return the product.
  2. At this time, your Personal Vision Specialist will deactivate the program. You will be responsible for shipping the original packaging and complete content to:

    Any damage to the product will result in a $10.00 charge.
  3. A full refund of the product purchase price (excluding shipping, eye exams and/or damages caused) will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

Sales Tax

Items shipped to Kansas customers are subject to tax at the appropriate state and local rate.
